This product is intended to be used as a self-assessment at the beginning of the year. It can also be used midway and at the end of the year to assess students perception of their growth. Additionally, this product can be used to guide you while you write your IEPs, as categories to consider for areas of strengths or goal areas.

Social Survey (1:1 Interview)
Lesson Format: This Lesson comes with a lesson guide sheet. On the left of the lesson guide includes the lesson objective, lesson materials, and things to consider when preparing for the lesson. On the right of the lesson plan, are step by step directions for leading the lesson.
Lesson Handouts: The lesson includes multiple handouts. You have the option of using the interactive notebook size handout or a full sized handout for use in a binder system.
Pacing: The lesson is designed to take 5-10 minutes for each survey.
Grade Level: This unit is designed with middle level students in mind, however, I am sure it can be adapted for upper elementary and high school students in social skills classes or needed social intervention.
