5 Social Stories to help your kids with special needs, early intervention, ASD navigate the school day. This pack addresses common areas of difficulty for kids on the spectrum such as personal space, following directions and being a good student.
Social Stories should be read once or twice a day at about the same time each day. I read these to my students with a targetted behavior right before we start Morning Meeting. You could also read to the whole group as a reminder of good social skills. After they have been read for a week or so, the stories can be used as CLOSE reading opportunities.
