Some students love to play rough. It can be difficult to explain why playing this way is not a good idea. However, if this is a problem for you, this social story will be a great tool to help students understand why they should stop. Written if a fun, easy-to-understand rhyme, this book explains the consequences of playing rough (hurting others, friends not wanting to play with you anymore). It also shows students alternate play activities. It leaves students with this message: "Remember and keep the “NO FIGHTING” rule, because being a rule follower is always cool!"
Color and black and white versions are included. There are also three activity pages to reinforce the concepts in the book.
