This is a social story I created to help my students that have attention-seeking and disruptive behaviors. I go through this with them multiple times, asking questions and practicing each skill for understanding. I use this as a prelude to my lesson series for attention-seeking and disruptive behaviors. I accompany it with games, scenarios, classroom checklists and reward charts, etc. Feel free to ask follow up questions when going through the story!
*NOTE: HALL is an acronym we use at our school as a schoolwide culture technique to keep our hallways quiet and in order. It stands for H-Hands by your side, A-All eyes forward, L-Lips zipped, L-Legs walking safely.
