Product Description
Do you have a student who calls out and can’t wait his turn
I wrote this story for a student with special needs, who struggled in his regular education classes. Rather than move the student in to a more restrictive environment I used a social story.

This story provides a strategy for the overenthusiastic student and can be used by the entire class during a high interest topic when everyone has something to share. This story has a reflection piece for regular education students who need a reteach plus, a hands on strategy to channel all that enthusiasm for learning.

This Lesson Is Helpful For:

Social Workers/Psychologists:
Use this story with students who interrupt sessions.
Special Educators:
Use this story with students on your caseload who monopolize the class with discussions the rest of the class finds boring.
Regular Education Teachers:
Use this story with students in your class who do not wait their turn to speak in class or overshare.
