Social Story: I can use a quiet voice
Do you have a student who gets loud and disruptive during class? This social story reinforces the need to stay quiet at school to help everyone focus and learn. Social stories are a great way to promote appropriate social skills. They teach students how to make positive choices at school. Social stories are a great way to teach social skills to students in need of special education (ESE) with autism or behavior disorders (like ADHD or ODD). This story focuses on using a quiet (inside) voice at school.
This social story includes a one-page version of the story and a 6-page book (or easy reader). I include both black and white and color versions of each.
