Social Story: It's Okay to Go to the Hospital to Feel Better

This social story was created by Linda Walter for elementary students. It can be used with children with Autism or with other developmental disabilities as well as with typically developing students. This story is about going to the hospital to feel better, whether for a short or long time. It explains that doctors, medicine, and tools help us to feel better. When we leave the hospital everything is okay. This story prints out on three pages so the pages to the story are sized at 1/4 page each.
