Description

Teach social emotional skills with ease! Social Story "It's Never Okay to Lie": Use this interactive book in pre-k or kindergarten and even first grade to help children learn about appropriate behaviours in the classroom! Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is the most important stepping stone to effective learning.

This story focuses on the emotions that children might encounter which would validate their sense or choice to 'lie to the teacher or their carers'. With this story, they will learn the reasons why lying is unacceptable and the emotions (and consequences) others go through when they lie to them. This book helps kids understand that the act of lying isn't acceptable and they will learn how to deal with the emotions they encounter that will cause them to lie and as a result, appropriate behaviours and responses they can do instead.
