Talking Makes Me Happy
When I get angry, sometimes it is hard for me to calm down and become happy again. Sometimes I need help to calm down. Sometimes, I need to talk to someone because talking makes me happy. If I feel like I am beginning to get angry, I should tell a teacher how I feel and that I want to talk. The teacher knows that talking makes me feel better. The teacher can talk to me out in the hallway, or sometimes in the playground, or sometimes in the conference room. I should tell the teacher that I want to talk before I get very angry, though. When I get too angry, it’s hard for me to talk because I am so mad that sometimes I yell or growl. So, as soon as I feel like I’m starting to get mad, I should tell a teacher that I want to talk.
