Sometimes, I feel angry and that is okay.
Everyone feels angry sometimes.

I may feel angry if...
someone teases me, someone gets in my personal space, I don't get a turn

When I feel angry, I can try to calm down by...
taking deep breaths, counting to ten, thinking happy thoughts

I can also try to calm down by...
taking a walk, squeezing a stress ball, giving my body a break

I can use my words to say "I feel angry" or "I am mad."

It may also help to talk with a teacher or a friend.

I am learning how to stay calm when I feel angry.
