PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Do you have a student who does not know what to do when other students are bothering him?
I wrote this story for one of my students with Autism/Asperger's who could not tune out other students in class. This student would run to his teachers to “tell on” students who were bothering him. I needed to teach this students some strategies he could use when students in class were loud or engaging in distracting behaviors.

This story teaches self-help and self-advocacy strategies to students who have a hard time interacting with their peers. This story teaches 2 strategies: Ask the person to stop or move your spot. In addition this activity makes students aware of their behaviors that may annoy others.
