Product Description
Social Story: "Who is Ready for * Grade?" is a classroom behavior social story recommended for grades K-3 for general education and special education students. Social stories are especially effective for students with Autism, ED, ADHD, and ID. This social story book can be presented as a class book or can be made for an individual student. Students may illustrate the pages themselves, or the teacher may take photos of the students displaying the desired behaviors for each page. Teacher should introduce the behaviors one at a time through the social story. Students should have an opportunity to discuss, provide examples, and role-play each behavior as well.
Behaviors addressed in this social story include:
-Following instructions
-Asking for help
-Telling
-Tattling
-When someone bothers me
-Walking in the hallway
-Getting upset
-Playing at recess
-Personal space
-Going to resource class
-Being a good listener
