Product Description
Be sure to download the starter kit for the SSWC for free in my store! It is necessary to use this product to its full capacity.

This product is designed to complement, enhance, or enrich the lessons you are already teaching about the rights and responsibilities of citizenship. Each of the five centers included here can stand alone from each other, but should not stand alone as the only source of instruction or information about this topic. Before you allow students to work in these stations, be sure you have established the routines outlined in the starter kit.

Centers include...
Read about it: This text is leveled to be used with on-level 3rd graders. Scaffolding and other supports may be necessary for lower readers or language learners.

Write about it: You can choose for students to answer this prompt in a journal or on a separate piece of paper. There is a larger version of the prompt as well as smaller versions which can be glued into notebooks.

Fab Vocab: You can print this as a separate worksheet for each student, or laminate and have students use whiteboard markers to complete the activity.

Map Genius: No extra prep is required for this center beyond printing the map. You can laminate and have students use whiteboard markers or print one for each student/group to complete.

Game Time: Prep is required for this center. Print the puzzles and cut into individual pieces. Laminate for durability.
