This bundle comes with a social skills unit for Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day. Each unit provides everything you will need to implement interactive and engaging activities into your social skills groups all year long. See below for detailed descriptions of every unit included in this bundle.
Good and Rotten Apples: This interactive social skills activity introduces manners and expected and unexpected behaviors with a fun apple themed twist. Each behavior is broken down into two categories "good apples" and "rotten apples" to assist your students in comprehension of this important life skill. This activity includes an introduction to "good apples" and "rotten apples", two sorting mats, and 32 activity cards. Happy Teaching!
Halloween: Halloween can be such a fun holiday for our students. However, it can also be a confusing web of social expectations, bizarre routines, and sugar-induced behavioral meltdowns. We designed this unit to help our students understand the social intricacies of Halloween, from choosing a costume, to going trick-or-treating, to saying “please” and “thank you,” to not eating all of your candy in one sitting! We like to use this unit throughout the month of October to prep our students for Halloween parties, school festivities, and trick-or-treating in the community. We hope you enjoy using these activities with your students! This unit contains the following:

Thanksgiving: Thanksgiving can be such a fun holiday for many of our students. However, for our students with pragmatic language difficulties, it can also be a confusing web of new social expectations, changes in routines, and turkey-induced behavioral meltdowns. We designed this unit to help our students understand the social intricacies of Thanksgiving, from greeting family members, to table manners, to determining if we should “think it” or “say it” during the Thanksgiving festivities. We like to use this unit throughout the month of November to prep our students for Thanksgiving gatherings, school festivities, and family events. This unit contains the following:
