These editable activities are designed to prepare your sociology students to study social institutions. First, they will fill out a social institutions inventory to have them think about how family, religion, politics, the media, education, and the economy impact their lives.
Next, they will participate in a carousel activity that asks them to consider the purpose of each of these institutions. Finally, they will create an original comic strip about the social institutions.
