This is a great experiment in which children of all ages can observe the three states of matter – solids (i.e. the ice cream), liquids (i.e. the soft drink) and gases (i.e. carbon dioxide – the bubbles in fizzy drinks).
This is a particularly good experiment for those who don't have access to a laboratory and all that comes with that. It can be done in the home or classroom.
This product includes a one page information sheet which instructs parents and teachers on what is required for the experiment as well as the answers. Plus another page which gives the children a fun and different way of writing up the experiment while still using the scientific terms of an experiment e.g. hypothesis, equipment, etc.
KEYWORDS: coke spider, root beer float.
