PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This Candy Land Inspired Game is the perfect board game for helping your students identify notes and hand signs of solfege. The game works very similar to Candy Land, but students have to actually identify the hand sign or note on their card before advancing on the board.

This board game comes with MANY different options to make it useful in most kodaly classrooms. Game board options include:
mi, so, la board game - color w/background, color w/white background, or black and white
mi, sol, la board game - color w/background, color w/white background, or black and white
do, re, mi, so, la board game - color w/background, color w/white background, or black and white
do, re, mi, sol, la board game - color w/background, color w/white background, or black and white
do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti board game - color w/background, color w/white background, or black and white
do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, ti board game - color w/background, color w/white background, or black and white

Game cards are included for ALL solfege, just print out the card you choose to use from the following options:
low so, low la, low ti, do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, high do

There are also a few special direction cards including:
lose a turn, move two spaces forward, move two spaces back

Game pieces for this game are either standing (with directions on how to make them stand) or flat

This game is sure to be a hit and your students will not even realize how much learning is happening. This was considered a favorite by my 5th grade class who tested it out. I'd love to hear what your students think. Please let me know by leaving me valuable feedback or sending me a picture/email.
