This set of printable tone bubbles (similar to tone ladders) can be used as visual & movement aids when reading melodic patterns using solfege syllables. I printed them out on colored cardstock, cut in half, and laminated for long-term use. There are pages with just about every basic combination of syllables from Mi-So, Do-Re-Mi, Do-Re-Mi-So, Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So, Do-Re-Mi-So-La, to aid the beginning readers/singers. Then there is a full scale page at the end for the older readers who can skip over pitches that are not present in the pattern. You can also copy the bubbles using the "snipping tool" present on most PC computers, into an interactive whiteboard file or just simply display the PDF on your projector to demonstrate for the class.
