This is activity is great! It covers solid shapes and their characteristics as well as gathering information, creating a graph, and answering questions about a graph. This download contains 5 characteristic cards and 5 pictures of solid shapes. The teacher will print these and glue them back to back to make a large flashcard. When the paper is glued, one side will be an example of the solid shape and the other side will be the characteristics of the shape. I have made one for a cube, cone, sphere, rectangular prism, and cylinder. The teacher will then print out the other shapes I have and glue them on a pieces of posterboard. The students will use that information to fill in their own graph. Next, they will answer questions about the graph.
