This bundle includes a lab worksheet and a SMART notebook presentation or powerpoint (your choice) to go along with the lab. During the experiment, students will test how changing temperature, rate of stirring, and particle size affect the solubility of sugar. There are 3 data tables for students to fill out and 8 post-lab questions with answer key included. Materials needed for this lab: Beakers, water, thermometer, spoon, timer, triple beam balance or electronic scale, granulated sugar, sugar cubes, and mortar and pestle.
