My students LOVE playing this game! This is a BINGO game involving solving linear equations. I used this as a fun review activity in my Algebra class. Problems range from basic 1-step equations to multi-step equations. There are 3 problems involving variables on both sides. My students enjoyed this as a fun and different way to practice the material.
Included in this activity:
Create your own BINGO board
27 BINGO cards - answers can be copied on back
Students are given a blank BINGO board with the answers to every question at the bottom. Students randomly fill in their board with the answers (there will be 3 answers that will be left over). The BINGO cards are created so that if you print or copy 2 sided, the answer will be on the back of each card (I copy onto card-stock paper). If this is not an option, you can always copy the problems and then hand-write the answers on the back. Randomly select cards for the students to work. Once they get an answer, they place a BINGO chip on that answer on their board (I usually use Smarties or other candy as chips). Once a student has BINGO, you can easily check their answers by looking at the back of the cards.
