This Solving Systems Scavenger Hunt - Identifying Solutions was created by Pupsaroni Puzzles for the solving systems unit in an Algebra 1 classroom. Teachers print the cards and hang them in a random order on the wall. Students start at one card. The top of the card gives students their first answer. The students then identify the solution to the system. Once students have figured out the solution, they hunt for that solution at the top of another card. Students continue identifying solutions in this format until they get back to the card they started with in the scavenger hunt.
Cards may be printed as they are for a full sheet card, or they may be printed two per page to give slightly smaller, yet still readable cards, that conserve paper. An even smaller set of cards can be printed four to a page for students to have an "at desk" scavenger hunt experience.
