This worksheet corresponds to a video from my flipped math classroom, Measured Math. Your students can watch the video for free on YouTube at https://youtu.be/m3Rz3OCjcaE, then complete this worksheet.
The video is quite long, actually, because it reviews and covers *everything* about the basics of solving systems of equations. (I usually try to keep videos around 15-18 minutes) Students should feel free to skip to the parts they need to review (time jumps are posted).
The assignment is brief, but covers all the necessary components to solving systems of equations. Word problems are saved for the next several lessons. Graphing calculators and Desmos are supported and encouraged.
A worked-solution key has been shown for your benefit or your students'.
If you or your students find this helpful, please consider purchasing the entire chapter. It contains videos and worksheets for each lesson, as well as quizzes, tests, answer keys, and more. It's common core aligned and kid-tested.
Ch2: Matrices, is also available for purchase, and Ch3: Functions is on the way!
