Solving Systems of Equations by Graphing (Guided Notes and Assessment)
Product Description
This lesson is meant to be used as guided notes for an entire class.

* Feel free to check out Introduction to Systems of Equations in my store! It is beneficial for students to understand the meaning of a "solution" before getting into graphing.

Students begin by graphing a system that would have been extremely difficult to solve in their heads or by guess and check. They then discover that the solution is the ordered pair at which the two lines intersect! After investigating the 3 cases (1 solution, none, infinite) they practice solving a couple more systems.

The assessment is based off of the guided notes.
