This activity employs student choice as kids can pick from two lists and copy down the problems they want to solve. You may print as many pages as necessary and form a booklet.
The students will plug the ordered pairs into both equation to see if the ordered pair is a solution to both equations. The most difficulty happens with negatives, per usual.
My students did a great job with this - the two lists provide an illusion of student choice that creates some momentum in the activity.
