This foldable is divided into the following three tabs:
1. "How- To"- Students will take notes on boundary lines, shading, and determining what a "solution" is
2. Guided Practice- Two practice problems that the teacher can go through with the entire class
3. Independent Practice - Two additional practice problems that are modeled after the first two. Students should be able to complete these problems and prove to the teacher they understand how to graph systems of linear inequalities.

I photocopy these for my students on white printer paper and have them use highlighters, crayons, or colored pencils to shade each inequality to help see the overlapping region.
Graph the solutions to a linear inequality in two variables as a half-plane (excluding the boundary in the case of a strict inequality), and graph the solution set to a system of linear inequalities in two variables as the intersection of the corresponding half-planes.
