This activity allows students to practice solving systems of linear equations using various methods- graphing, substitution and linear combination. There are 12 problems. Print this activity onto 12 sheets of paper. Hang around room and have students start at any problem. Student will solve the larger system on each sheet. They then look around teh room for the card with the answer they got. Once they find that card, they then do the larger problem on that card. If students complete each problem correctly, they will end on the first card they started with. The answers are on the following slide so the original order is the answer key. Make sure to shuffle the order of the cards when hanging them. Students love practicing math while moving around the room. Students work at their own pace which helps to highlight students who need more direct attention. You can also print out cards 6 per page and have students work individually or in pairs. Your students will love this activity!
