Included are 10 different questions that will have students solve a system of linear equations by using all three methods (substitution, elimination and graphing) on the same page.
This is a great way to introduce or review the concepts of all three methods, and also to verify that you get the same answer regardless of which method you use.
This activity can be used as an individual worksheet for one student, or can be used as a group of 3 activity where each student has to solve the system using one method, then compare their answers with other members of their group.
Included in this activity are:
- 10 different system of linear equation questions ranging from easy to moderate in difficulty.
- solutions to all 10 questions on a separate page
- full solution sample for one of the questions
