This 100 point test covers equations that require adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing to solve for x, in addition to substitution, using simple formulas such as d = rt, as well as solving inequalities. This test is designed as a cumulative assessment for the end of a unit that requires solving for one unknown. Five application (word) questions (Bloom’s, Level III) are integrated into the test. For your convenience, an answer key is provided.
This test is not saved in a PDF format so that you can adapt it to your class needs. For examples of sample questions, download the preview.
