Sophisticated Synonyms - A tool for improving word choice in writing

This product consists of synonyms for 16 commonly used words. There is a label for each word to be placed on a pocket, envelope, container, or bulletin board. (Sizes were chosen for use with library pockets available at dollar stores but many things would work!) Each word has between 4-12 synonyms included to be added to the designated pocket for student reference during writing time. Each synonym card also contains the original word for easy placement after student use.

There are a total of 136 synonym cards included for the following words:
happy, sad, good, mad, bad, look, scared, small, big, laugh, said, nice, like, pretty, love, smart
