Students will learn how to identify emotions through a fun cut and paste sorting activity. By teaching students what different emotions look like, helps build their emotional intelligence. This activity can be done individually or in small groups.
Students will practice identifying and sorting the following emotions: worried, sad, happy, excited, scared, bored, confused, frustrated, embarrassed, proud, disappointed, mad, surprised, and silly. Each emotion includes 9 unique pictures depicting the emotion.
Included in this product:
*14 blank emotion mats in an assortment of colors.
*9 emotion picture cards for each emotion, depicting different ways to express that emotion (1 set is sorted by the emotions while another set has the emotions mixed up).
