Product Description
This resource includes 38 different sorting printables that are No-Prep- Just Print and Go! Includes a wide variety of topics – Science, Social Studies, Language Arts and Math. There are 2 Options for each category for a total of 76 worksheets. Since sorting promotes higher level thinking, these printables are perfect to challenge your students.
These printables are perfect for students learning to sort by category. Students cut out pictures and sort by predetermined categories or have them determine their own options for sorting.
Clip art is crisp, fun, and current.
Build vocabulary with a variety of pictures.
Use in small groups, literacy centers, homework, or independent work time.
You will need to provide paper for students to glue their work. To engage students, pictures are large and easy to color. To save your copies, just have students glue on a piece of copy paper or construction paper. I prefer 9” x 12” construction paper giving students a little extra room when gluing. For some students who may struggle with organization, I give them 12” x 18” sheet of construction paper. Large copy paper works also. Often students want to glue one group on the front of the paper and another group on the back.
Don’t limit your students to the predetermined labels. Encourage students to be creative and come up with their own ideas.
You can copy on cardstock and use as sorting cards- no gluing. Cards can be used over and over again with this option.
