Sound healing will be one of the leading healing modalities of the future, as sound has powerful vibrational frequencies that can heal our bodies and minds. Sound is vibration and so it can vibrate within us to promote wellbeing and transformation. Children benefit from experiencing sound healing and from engaging with sound play, as they learn to attune their ears to the emotions that sound can elicit. Using their voices to produce sound also strengthens their breathing / lung capacity and builds confidence.
