This flipbook is an engaging way for students to take notes about the different objects in space. Specifically, this flipbook (foldable) focuses on comets, asteroids, and meteors. Students find this method much more interesting than traditional paper and pencil, even though it is still paper, merely folded and cut! It could also be used as an assessment after students have completed a lesson about these space objects. Great for interactive science notebooks!
Students draw a picture of each item on the front, then lift the flap under each word to record a definition, object location, and interesting facts.
Directions for folding and cutting are included, as well as a possible answer key.
