This purchase is for a webquest that uses one website (link provided) and a timeline slideshow that covers major events in the history of human technology used to study space. All the key moments are there: Sputnik, Apollo Missions, space shuttles, famous astronauts, deep space probes, and more!
The website slideshow is 36-slides and my webquest has 1 question per slide with three follow-up questions. This assignment can easily take two class periods or be edited down to fit nicely into a one hour time frame. It's great as an online activity or as a precursor to a larger project or report.
The webquest is 39 total questions and will work great in school in the computer lab or with 1-1 technology, as homework, or as extra credit. It's a perfect addition to any science unit on space (astronomy / engineering / STEM), informational reading article (LA), or in history class as the dates and timeline are perfect to reflect on human achievement from 1950-Present.
The webquest is provided as an MS-Word document so you can easily edit to best fit the needs of your students. Answer key is not provided.
Thank you for your purchase and for taking the time to leave me positive feedback.
