This activity focuses on BODY PARTS. The first page of this document is a description of the project where students are required to draw a monster, label it with body parts in Spanish, write a paragraph as if they were the monster describing itself, and an intake document as if the monster was ill and going to the doctor's office. The second page is a rubric for grading on a 4 point scale. The third page is the record sheet for the paragraph and the intake document. My students LOVE completing this project every year, and especially enjoying seeing their work displayed in the hall. This is a great project for body part introduction and brings back a lot of information from personal identification with the intake document. Enjoy!
