This exam is very simple. It would work well for a special education class in High School or for a middle school or elementary. Students are asked to label party vocabulary words (i.e. balloons), to label a home, to label family members, to label colors, to read a paragraph about a family and answer questions (questions are written in English, students read in Spanish), to read house ads and answer questions, and to write a simple paragraph about themselves. This can be used as a final exam or as a review of Spanish 1 at the beginning of Spanish 2. However, as said before, it lends itself to a more basic class. It is not book specific, as long as the vocabulary and concepts mentioned above have been taught.
