This is a great way for students to review vocabulary learned throughout the year by creating and playing the game ¡Me gusta más! (inspired by Cranium's Whoonu) in Spanish. The game takes them two days to create (lesson includes the handout to give them when you introduce the project, which explains the game and how to make the cards). Creating the game allows them to be creative while reviewing vocabulary. I collect and grade the cards they create, and then they play in small groups on the third day! The best part is you then have the games made to play at any time throughout the year (or with other classes in the future). This works as an end of year review or at any time throughout. It can also work well in higher level courses.
