For: Practice with Family Vocabulary in Spanish
Students are given the family tree and the clues. Based on the clues and the way family trees are set up (you may need to discuss this with your students beforehand), each person's description puts them in only one location on the family tree. All circles represent marriage into the family and boxes represent blood relatives. There are directions on the page, but you may have to explain what the students are to do. I usually go over the first clue with them so they understand some basic logic techniques and what is expected of them.
What makes this product Spanish 2?
--It uses words like: cuñado/a, madrina, yerno, nuera, suegro/a, and bisnieta
This is a Spanish 2 vocabulary product, however, it is one level more challenging than the Spanish 2: La Familia Misteriosa (Level 2) Worksheet (and two levels more challenging than the Spanish 2: La Familia Misteriosa (Level 1) Worksheet). If you've already purchased the first/second puzzle, you can use this one to differentiate difficulty level in your classroom, or to just use as an additional practice worksheet. See Spanish 2: La Familia Misteriosa (Level 2) Worksheet for a slightly lower level puzzle.
