This worksheet has a place for students to make a conjugation chart for the -ar and -er/-ir preterite endings and then 20 sentences in which they must conjugate the given verb correctly in context. It has a mix of regular and irregular verbs, all of which students in Spanish 2 most likely know. I've thrown in a few indirect pronouns, so they'll have to be careful not to be tripped up by "me," "nos," etc. For example, "Mi amigo no me dijo la verdad." This worksheet does not contain any stem-changers, but it's good practice for kids to conjugate and remember which ones are irregular, when they need accents, etc. I've included a key.
