Bellwork are ten-minute activities that can be used prior to the lesson to review targeted vocabulary and grammar. These activities are designed for middle school students, but could be used in higher grades as well.
This is a great activity to start the class and keep students engaged and working by themselves while teacher is checking homework assignments, or helping students individually.
This “Bellwork TC88A” includes eight different activities that have been designed to work on or review the following topics:
making travel plans
talk about airports
negative “tú” commands
verbs often followed by “que” + subjunctive (necesitar, sugerir, preferir, etc.)
present subjunctive tense endings
present subjunctive tense forms of the irregular verbs: “dar”, “estar”, “llegar”, “ser”, “hacer”, “saber”, and “ir”
