This is a game similar to Chutes and Ladders. Put students into groups of 3-5 students. One student is the judge and holds the answer key. Give each group a die and enough game markers/tokens for each member of the group (minus the judge). Each student takes a turn rolling the dice. They move their marker along the board (each box is labeled). If they give the correct command, they get to stay on the box. If they are not able to give the correct command, they have to go back to where they were. If they land on a spot with a green arrow, they get to move up if they give the correct command. If they land on a red arrow, they have to move down if they do not give the correct command (if they give the correct command they get to stay where they are).
The first person to the last box is the winner. Students should play again if there is time remaining. The new judge is the winner of the game.
