The letters are all color coded to help students to quickly identify the letter types and the digraphs.
**Strong vowels are orange (a,e,o)
**Weak vowels are green (i,u).
**Consonants are blue
**Digraphs are purple (ch, ll, rr).
**Optional pink vowels
Pink and blue letters correspond to the red and blue magnetic letters that many teachers use for word work in their classrooms.
