Description
An excellent icebreaker & back to school activity for Spanish levels 1 and 2 (especially 1b). Vocabulary is pulled from Level 1 Avancemos Spanish textbook.
For a level 1 class that has never seen this vocabulary before, I would anticipate the following pacing:
30 mins to look up and/or discuss terms
30 mins to interview
15-30 mins to report back
For a level 1b or 2 class who have seen these terms before, I would anticipate:
15-30 mins to interview
15-30 mins to report back
Download includes an instruction sheet and a bingo sheet. To save paper, print out a class set and place the bingo sheets in sheet protectors. Students can then use dry erase markers each period and erase their answers at the end of class!

- Clear instructions & suggested delivery methods for in-class vs. virtual instruction
- An activity where students use a bingo sheet to interview fellow classmates
This activity can be done virtually, in person, or a mix of both!
