I use this Bienvenidos after my "Do Now/Bellringer" every day! It's a great and quick way to get students up and speaking in Spanish while also asking questions to their classmates.
This digital word doc contains 5 pages, the first of which is the actual "Bienvenidos". Allow for student volunteer or choose one to come to the front of the class and read from this sheet (after a couple months, they have it memorized!).
The other 4 pages are questions (32 total questions) of varying difficulty. Cut the questions up and put them in a container (I use a decorated Folgers coffee bucket, hence the Bienvenidos Bucket!). The student then draws a question and picks two classmates to ask. Have student redraw a question if too easy/difficult.
We end every Bienvenidos with an applause for the student and a reward (I use a ticket system in my class). Enjoy!
