I am so excited about this one... this is a three part murder mystery for Spanish I students. In the first part, they use clues to find where people were at the time the police arrived, using regular verbs and the names of rooms. (It's a logic puzzle.) In part 2, students read and translate medical examiner's report to determine basic information about the victim, and students also diagram and label the injuries. (Using body parts vocabulary). The 3rd part is a police report, that uses preterite verbs. Students will use the report to determine motive. The first page details answers for all three parts. This will work well for groups, and presentations. I had students argue their theories of the crime to the class. I've also updated this to include a page of body parts vocabulary.
Part 1: names of rooms, present tense verbs.
Part 2 Body Parts and Medical Examiner vocabulary (both lists included).
Part 3: preterite verbs.
