This is an engaging webquest where students visit a real-world clothing store website in Spain. This activity is ideal for a Spanish 2 class.
For the first page, students search through the website to construct a complete outfit. They fill out information such as the type of clothing, a brief description and the price in euros. The second page asks questions about the outfit students chose as well as questions regarding the currency, converting euros to USD, clothing preferences and more. Students need to be familiar with "e-->ie" stem-changers like querer, preferir, and pensar in order to answer the questions. Many connections to the culture of Spain can occur with the clothing styles, vocabulary and the currency.
The document can be edited if you choose to change the store and focus on a different country.
