This is an engaging bundle of activities that utilizes multimedia and cultural discussion to bring your students into the language during your GUSTAR unit, a review of indirect object pronouns, or during a study of Spain.

This can serve as an introduction or review of GUSTAR, or as a cultural activity at any point during the year.
The bundle includes 3 worksheets that are ready to print:
1 *Lyrics in Spanish
2 *Comprehension and grammatical activity on the verb gustar (In Spanish)
3 *10 Cultural questions for research that prompt discussion and
comparison of cultures (in Spanish)
Students first watch the video (videos can be found on youtube.com) and listen to the words of the song. During the second play of the video, students should read along in Spanish. Students can then take a few minutes to complete the comprehension questions that review the grammar themes. After review of this sheet together students are called to research Madrid, España, where Enrique Iglesias is from.
These topics should provide for a varied cultural discussion that promotes acceptance and open-mindedness as well as language learning.
