This zip file includes everything you need to teach a review lesson on family vocabulary. Students should already know abuelo, padre, hermano, hijo, nieto, tío, primo, sobrino, and the female versions.
This lesson includes:
-a drill family tree
-a powerpoint that teaches the question ¿quién es? with 7 new(ish) family vocabulary words
-a classwork that includes reading and writing activities
-an exit ticket
-an exit ticket family tree
-a lesson plan guiding the teacher through everything
-answer keys for everything
-a picture key
All the documents (except the powerpoint) are Word docs, so they are editable for any curriculum. The powerpoint is saved as both .ppt and .pptx.
This lesson introduces the following new(ish) family vocabulary:
One of the activities also includes adjectives (atrevido, bonito, español, antipático, atlético, simpático, estudioso, desordenado, cómico and perezoso)
-choose the English translation of each Spanish vocabulary word
-write the family member for each description (el padre de mi madre es mi __)
-read a paragraph and fill in a family tree
-read a paragraph in Spanish and write if sentences are true or false
-answer questions about what people are like using a family tree
