This tiny card set has everything you need to turn review of emotion vocabulary and ¿Cómo estás? responded into a fun game of memory. Simply print the game out onto card stock and cut into three columns, then cut each piece apart — it’s super fast with a paper cutter, but you can also have kids make their own with scissors if you’d prefer to use standard paper and let them take it home for extra practice.
To play, arrange cards upside down and have students match one word and one emoji, as in a standard memory or concentration style game. For enhanced oral practice, have students ask each other "¿Cómo estás?" and answer aloud based on what cards the flip over.
